Does My Company Qualify for Your Free Trial?
We are more than happy to provide a FREE initial consulting session for all businesses. However, to qualify for the full trial, you will need to be a business with revenues of at least $2 million per year.
What is Included in the Free Trial?
Lots of consulting. We usually meet (Zoom or in person) weekly for sessions that last an hour. Schedules permitting, we fit up to 4 sessions into your first 30 days. Our goal is to map all of the revenue streams for your business. For some businesses, 4 sessions is a reasonable amount of time. For more complex businesses, we may focus on just one or two revenue streams. Many business owners and executives find this process very valuable.
Do I Need to Give You My Credit Card to Start the Trial?
No. You can get started without having a credit card on file.
How Quickly Can We Get Started?
While there are times when we have a wait list, we can usually start our engagments within 10 days of a company expressing interest.
What is Your Pricing Structure Once the Initial Trial Concludes?
Our pricing starts at $3500 per month depending on your business needs.
What Exactly Do We Get If We Hire You?
Primarily, you get consulting (expertise) and project work (hands on) process improvement. The amount of each depends on your needs. We often agree on a Statement of Work for your engagement.
What are Examples of Deliverables from Your Previous Engagements?

What is the Duration of Your Typical Engagements?
Most clients have an initial term of 6 months. Often this is extended to a full year. Many clients choose to keep us on board well after our initial engagment. We’ve had some clients for years.
Who Are Your Typical Clients?
Our typical clients are businesses with $2-$20 million in revenue. They see the need for help with their revenue operations but do not want to bear the cost of a full-time hire.
Is Your Pricing All-Inclusive?
We try to price our services so that there are no surprises on your end. Unless you have a sizable need that is beyond our usual workload, your pricing will remain steady from month to month.
Are We Locked Into a Contract?
No. Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel any time.
How Do You Handle Billing?
We usually have a signed Card-On-File agreement where services are billed a month in advance. We are also open to running our fees through an ACH transaction.
Do You and/or Your Team Travel?
Yes. Typically just the principal, Jason. We fly business class from Denver International.
Do We Get a New Website?
If you need one, we can certainly talk about it. Some clients do not need a new site. What they have is working just fine.
